New Year's Eve Extraveganza!

December 31st

If you are like us, you hate going to those parties where you spend $150 per person ($250 to be a #@!!?& V.I.P.), get the buffet, open bar, champagne toast, and then breakfast at 4 AM. A lot of the time these parties aren't all that much fun, and then we are out $300 for a couple anyway! Its not that we are cheapskates, even in this recession. We aren't! Its just that, you know, how much can we drink anyway? Do I NEED breakfast at 5 AM?

Therefore, the Hop Devil Grill'r New Year's Eve Extraveganza is the place to be. No cover charge, at all!. Hop Devil will be kicking it starting as early as 6 PM, playing seasonal sounds, pouring the baddest of beer selections anywhere, and at Midnight, a FREE champagne toast! Yeah, Hop Devil Grill's bash comes replete with the party hats, noise makers, and Times Square on the Big Screen TVs. Don't worry, the kitchen will be open! Plus, there is a big, pull down projector in the back! On top of that, and on top of your head come midnight will be hundreds of balloons. Hop Devil Grill does New Year's Eve right!

    Hair of the Dog Fred

From the Hair of the Dog Brewer Alan Sprints himself: Fred was created to honor beer writer and historian Fred Eckhardt. Fred is a big inspiration for me and many other brewers. Fred's work in all-grain brewing and beer styles helped me become a better brewer. Fred the beer is a deep golden color. It is made with aromatic and rye malts and includes 10 different hop varieties in an effort to incorporate the whole world into this beer. It has 10% alcohol by volume and 65 IBUs. We hope that Fred will inspire you to share your knowledge with others as Fred has with us. IBUs for those of you not in-the-know is, are International Bittering Units. Its how you can measure the hoppy bitterness of a beer. Fred is good. So are Adam and Ruth. Get yourself a bottle at the Hop Devil Grill. Now.
